E-Commerce Manager*in (40 Wh, m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Conception, creation and continuous optimization of e-commerce strategies in the area of ​​Amazon & DTC
  • Management & continuous development of the online shop including campaign implementation, technical support and content maintenance (product information, SEO, blog, etc.)
  • Creation of reports, monitoring of shop & Amazon performance and development of KPI-based recommendations for action

  • Management of Amazon Seller Accounts in Germany as well as development and expansion of their portfolio and content.

  • Planning, conception, implementation and control of digital marketing measures (SEA, SEO, social, etc.)
  • Control and coordination of external service providers
  • Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of CRM / newsletter campaigns
  • Co-design of branding strategies to strengthen brand presence
  • Development and implementation of short and long-term brand strategies, including specific projects
  • Ensuring a uniform corporate identity and an overarching corporate design

    THAT'S EXACTLY TO OUR TASTE

    • Completed commercial training or studies, ideally in business administration, management, marketing or a related discipline
    • Solid knowledge of e-commerce, online and CRM marketing and/or brand management
    • Familiarity with Amazon Seller and Shopify is an advantage
    • Practical experience in designing image content (e.g. with Canva)
    • Confident use of common CRM and email marketing tools desired
    • Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on new topics
    • Interest in food, trends and sustainability
    • Communicative and team-oriented
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
    • Confident use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
