Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 200 g Lotao organic erythritol
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 125g vegan butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
for the topping:
- 125g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50g chopped pistachios
Preparation:
- Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, grated lemon peel and baking powder well in a bowl. Fold in the vegan butter in small pieces. Add egg wash and crème fraîche. Knead everything well.
- Wrap the finished dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours. Then roll out the dough on a well-floured work surface and cut it out.
- Place all the curls on a baking tray prepared with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160*C for 12 minutes.
