Rice salad “Black and White”

In this recipe we combine two different types of rice in a rice salad that is rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins and fiber . Bacon and Royal Pearl Black black rice are the protein sources .

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cook both types of rice according to the instructions, then let them cool. Wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Fry the vegetables with a little oil in a wok or pan over high heat. In the meantime, add some pepper and chili, then let it cool.
  2. Cut the bacon and roast it in a pan without adding any fat. Squeeze out the garlic cloves and mix with a little olive oil. Place rice in a bowl, add cold vegetables, bacon, chives, chopped parsley and a generous spoonful of garlic oil.
  3. Mix all ingredients and serve. Bon appetit!
