Ingredients for the marinade:
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp oil, e.g. B. Coconut oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 5 tsp paprika powder
- 5 tsp herbs of your choice, dried
- Pepper salt

Preparation of the marinade:
- Mix lemon juice and oil
- Stir in garlic, paprika powder, herbs, pepper and salt.
- Complete!
Preparation of the skewers:
- Wash the peppers and zucchini. Rinse the nectarines and pat dry if they were canned.
- Cut the peppers, zucchini and nectarines into pieces of approximately the same size.
- Add the jackfruit pieces to the marinade along with the remaining ingredients. Stir well and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Skewer the peppers, jackfruit pieces, zucchini and nectarines alternately.
- Place the skewers on the grill and brush them with a little oil and turn them from time to time.
