Preparation of the tarte flambée
1. Prepare the veggie mince: Pour water over the Lotao veggie mince according to the instructions on the packet and allow to swell.
2. Fry the onion and garlic: Finely chop half of the onion and the garlic. Cut the other half of the onion into half rings. Fry the chopped onion and half of the garlic in a little oil in a pan. Add the veggie mince and fry briefly together with the soy sauce and the spices (salt, pepper, cumin, chili, paprika powder, curry powder, oregano).
3. Prepare the spinach: Wash the baby spinach. Fry it in a pan with a little oil and the other half of the chopped garlic until it collapses.
4. Top the tarte flambée: Roll out the tarte flambée dough and spread with Creme Vega, setting aside about 2 tablespoons of the cream. Then spread the fried veggie mince on the dough, add the spinach and onions cut into rings.
5. Baking: Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven at 220 degrees top and bottom heat for about 12-15 minutes until the dough is crispy.
6. Refine and serve: Take the tarte flambée out of the oven and spread the remaining Creme Vega in small dumplings on the tarte flambée. Serve immediately and enjoy!
