This healthier version of the sophisticated martini cocktail surprises with the addition of nutrient-rich kale leaves and cucumber. A “green smoothie” for adults, so to speak.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 3-4 kale leaves
- 1 organic lime
- 3 tsp Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar
- 70ml martini
- Mint for garnish
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Preparation:
- Place cucumber pieces and kale leaves in the juicer and pour the juice into the cocktail mixer with ice.
- Add the lime juice, Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar and martini, stir for 20 seconds, strain and pour into martini glasses. Garnish with mint.
