Lotao, the innovation leader for Asian gourmet foods in German food retail, is represented at this year's BioFach eSpecial, the world's leading trade fair for ecological consumer goods, from February 17th to 19th. For the first time, the world's largest trade fair in the industry is taking place digitally. Lotao founder Stefan Fak and his team invite you to the virtual Lotao trade fair stand and, over the course of three days, present the latest exotic product innovations as well as an inspiring program with exciting speakers and the chef and food blogger Sandra Anna Christen.
“For our first digital trade fair appearance, it was important to us not only to make the best possible use of the existing trade fair infrastructure, but also to consider how we could use modern communication tools such as video conferences, messengers and video platforms for exciting additional formats that would benefit us and... “Our partners, potential customers and dealers are equally enthusiastic,” explains Stefan Fak. As part of the three-day program, there will be, among other things, a digital panel on the topic “Seller Climate: Do we really need more labels?” with Walter Pohl from Climate Partner and a Expert panel on the topic “Transparent supply chains? Here are the solutions!”. Visitors to the stand can also look forward to a slightly different live cooking show. The format “To a jackpot with founder Stefan Fak” also offers the opportunity to get to know the founder better.
